BROCKTON, Mass. (WLNE) — A man is in serious condition today after being hit by a car in a parking lot.

According to Brockton Police, officers responded to an area near 696 Crescent Street around 1 a.m. after receiving a report that a car struck a male victim in a parking lot.

The 20-year-old male victim to Good Samaritan Medical Center, where an air ambulance eventually airlifted him to a Boston Hospital in serious condition.

Police are investigating whether drivers were performing donuts with their vehicles in the parking lot when one of the vehicles swung around and hit the victim.
