Joe Manganiello looked serious when he was seen for the first time since he and his wife of seven years, Sofia Vergara, said they were getting a divorce.

People Magazine got pictures of the Magic Mike XXL actor, 46, going out in Los Angeles on Saturday while bringing their dog Bubbles.

Manganiello was wearing a Pittsburgh vest, shorts with a bandana pattern, and white shoes. His wedding band was also missing.

Since they filed for divorce, the Spider-Man star had not been seen in public.

On July 18, the ex-couple told Page Six that they had made the “difficult decision” to end their marriage. In the paperwork for the divorce, the star said that “irreconcilable differences” were the reason for the split.

The couple signed a prenuptial agreement before Manganiello asked for a divorce. Their shared assets and debts will be split according to “the terms of the parties’ Prenuptial Agreement,” and spousal support will also be decided by their prenup.

The filing says that the Modern Family star, who is 51 years old, has given the True Blood actor permission to keep their Chihuahua-Pomeranian, who is 10 years old.

People Magazine said that a person said Vergara is “sad that her marriage didn’t work out, but she still feels very lucky.” The source also said that “there is no drama” between the two people.

Even though they haven’t said why they broke up, a source told Page Six that one of the reasons was that they had different ideas about having kids.

The Colombian actor has a 31-year-old son with her first husband, Joe Gonzalez. Manganiello, on the other hand, does not have any children yet.
