SAN JOSE — Police arrested a delivery driver who allegedly sexually assaulted a girl while working in San Jose on Saturday, according to authorities.
The incident was reported at a motel in the 1000 Block of The Alameda on Saturday, when a man working as a food deliver driver allegedly forced himself into a room and sexually assaulted a minor female.
The man, a 21-year-old Sunnyvale resident, was arrested on suspicion of assault with intent to commit a sex crime, sexual battery and false imprisonment later that day in Campbell. He was booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.
