Tearful reunions as 20 dogs rescued from flash flood


Strong storms Monday evening, flooded parts of Washington DC with waters rising up to 6ft (1.8m). A dog daycare centre was flooded when a wall collapsed under pressure from flood waters. Firefighters were able to save 20 dogs and reunite them with their owners, but some dogs did not survive.
