Prince William’s annual salary has been revealed in a recent royal yearly report. The prince received a whopping $30 million from his first year’s income from the Duchy of Cornwall estate. The Duchy of Cornwall estate was inherited by the prince when his father, King Charles, ascended the throne. The Prince of Wales, 42, doesn’t receive a traditional income, rather, he is entitled to the surplus profits of the estate, and his and his family’s expenses are also covered by the estate. The estate, established in 1337, is worth $1 billion and covers 130,000 acres across 23 counties in England and Wales. William reportedly pays income tax on the entire income he receives from the Duchy of Cornwall.
