HIGH POINT — High Point business leaders on Thursday unveiled plans for a mixed-use project in the downtown catalyst district that will feature diverse food and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar.

Construction is expected to start in October on a 30,000-square-foot building at the northwest corner of W. English Road and N. Lindsay Street, across from the Congdon Yards campus and Truist Point stadium.
