Cardi B was dripping on the red carpet at the Met Gala 2023 on Monday night.

The “WAP” rapper walked up the steps of the famous museum wearing a Chenpeng Studio black-and-white sleeveless ball gown with a black silk tie.

The rose-shaped ruching on her hoop skirt and the bling on her quilted bodice gave her outfit a classy look.

To finish off her look, the “Be Careful” singer wore black elbow-length gloves and huge pearl earrings. She wore a black cap to pull her long, thick, purple-colored hair back.

Cardi surprised her fans by completely changing her outfit from when she left The Mark Hotel on her way to the gala earlier in the evening.

On her way to the event, she wore a custom Miss Sohee pink sparkly mermaid dress with an over-the-top sculptural tool back and a lot of pearls, which social media users criticized for being out of place.

Fans were happy when she surprised them by changing her outfit, and many of them went on social media to praise the Grammy winner.

Cardi, who is 30 years old, is always someone to watch at the annual fashion party. She made her Met Gala debut in 2018 while pregnant with her first child with Offset, now her husband.
