Tammie, Sid Seixeiro, and Devo Brown were discussing popular costumes during Friday’s broadcast of the Citytv morning show.
Devo predicted that many people would be channeling lovebirds Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce or characters from the Barbie movie.
He said: “It’s fine just make it your own. If you want to do it then add your own flavor.”
Tammie added: “Can I throw out a PSA, especially for celebrities… every year we go through this.

“Do not dress up as someone… remember culture is not a costume.
“Everybody put that out there. Let’s make sure we’re aware that there’s some things you should not do.”
She went on: “I’m not even going to say it because I don’t want to put any ideas in anyone’s heads.”
Tammie wagged her finger sternly at the camera and stressed: “Don’t do it!”

Sid added, “Don’t be stupid,” and Tammie was quick to reiterate: “Don’t be stupid!”
Devo joined Tammie and Sid during the broadcast to fill in for Meredith Shaw, who was absent.
Sid introduced their segment by telling viewers: “Meredith is off, she will be back on Monday.”
He failed to provide a reason for Meredith’s absence.
NEW FACE
Meredith is a new addition to Breakfast Television, having only joined the show last month.
Sid took to the show to announce her debut.
“After every conversation, after every audition, after every meeting, we kept coming back to the same person,” he said.
“Stupidly talented, amazing personality, experienced, she’s going to fit in here, and you’re going to love her at home. Ladies and gentlemen, we found her.
“Months and months of searching was needed for this, but I am elated to announce to you the new co-host of Breakfast Television is Meredith Shaw.”
A beloved Canadian broadcaster, Meredith joined the morning show with years of experience.
She has had regular appearances on The Marilyn Denis Show, The Social, CTV’s Your Morning, and Etalk.
