MOUNT VERNON — Brewfest on the Skagit is returning this year with a few changes, the largest of which is the organization that is putting it on.

The Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce has taken over the Lincoln Theatre’s signature fundraiser, but other than that and the location not much will change.
