The premiere date for Selena Gomez’s program Only Murders In The Building has been confirmed. Steve Martin revealed the date during his You Won’t Believe What They Look Like Today! Tour with Martin Short.

They revealed the news while discussing their recent activities and sharing photos of themselves with Selena as well as Oscar-winning actress Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd, who are guest-starring on the show this season.

“Catch the new season on August 8,” said Martin, while Short joked, “Our show is like Steve trying to pee — it streams for 33 minutes.”

The series has been a tremendous success, with its first season receiving 17 Emmy nominations and three wins. They won awards for Best Production Design, Guest Actor in a Comedy Role, and Sound Mixing for a Comedy or Drama Series.
