‘We can afford this.’ Arts community kicks off campaign to support arts and culture bond


Supporters of a $10 million arts and culture bond gathered to launch a kickoff campaign Wednesday morning at Trinity Repertory Company in Providence. Question 5 on the November ballot asks voters to approve or reject bonds supporting construction and renovation projects at Trinity Rep, the Tomaquag Museum and Newport Contemporary Ballet ,along with funding matching grants administered by the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts.
