The Prince and Princess of Wales brought their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, to Westminster Abbey this morning for a practice for the Coronation.

They joined King Charles, Queen Camilla, and Princess Anne for a preview of the historic event on Saturday.

The whole family looked happy and at ease, as they walked into the church and talked to people at the front door before going inside.

George is wearing a blue suit, and Charlotte, who turned 8 yesterday, wore a blue dress and sweater to her party. Camilla drove up in a car with two of her grandkids, who will be in the Coronation as main characters.

Just hours before the rehearsal, a man was arrested in front of Buckingham Palace for reportedly saying, “I’m going to kill the King,” and throwing shotgun shells into the grounds.

The palace was put on lockdown as the 59-year-old man, who was reportedly carrying a knife and shotgun shells, was taken into custody around 7 pm after he was seen throwing several things. The video shows the suspect being taken into custody while being handcuffed.

George has been given a key part in the event on Saturday, so today’s rehearsal is especially important.

The future King, who is nine years old, has been made a Page. He will walk behind his grandfather and take his robes into and out of Westminster Abbey.

Since George is the heir, the King and his father, Prince William, wanted him to have an important job.

During the service, George and seven other boys who are called Pages of Honour will “attend their majesties,” the King and Queen.

The main thing they have to do is bring their long, heavy robes. Most of the time, the honor goes to the teenage sons of nobility and gentry, especially top members of the Royal Household.

The boys are either close friends of Charles and Camilla’s family or are part of their family.

Last night, hundreds of soldiers paraded through the streets of London in preparation for the Coronation.

The Diamond Jubilee State Coach and the Gold State Coach were paraded down the Mall in advance of the main ceremony.

On Wednesday, just after 12:20 am, hundreds of soldiers on horses followed the Diamond Jubilee State Coach as it went down the Mall.

Fans of the royal family waited more than three hours for the parade to go back down the Mall.

People rushed through St. James’ Park to get to the best spots near the palace. Many of them were looking for military-dressed cousins.

Hundreds of men from the army, navy, and RAF marched through central London before stopping along Whitehall and standing in silence.

Many soldiers carried various instruments like saxophones, trumpets, horns, and cymbals, but marching troops played only drums until they came back down the Mall after 3 am.

Soldiers in bright yellow uniforms started the short trip, and a brass band on horses practiced as they followed the stagecoach through Westminster. This was the start of the parade.

People who were watching skipped along with the stagecoach and ran after the horse soldiers who came after it.
