Ben Affleck couldn’t go to the Met Gala 2023 with his wife Jennifer Lopez because he had to go to work.

Daily Mail said that the Air director left his wife because he had “work commitments he couldn’t get out of.”

After they got back together after breaking up in 2004, he went with Lopez to the Met Gala in 2021. However, he couldn’t make it to this year’s event.

As for JLo, she turned heads at one of the most significant fashion events in New York by wearing a glamorous and dramatic black and pink outfit.

The star of “Shotgun Wedding” went to the event again after skipping it last year. She wore a beautiful black-and-pink Ralph Lauren dress.

In a nod to the late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, the star wore a black dress with a crisscross front that showed off her abs.

Lopez wore a black hood on her head and a black train on the back of her dress as she walked up the stairs. People were amazed.

She chose long black gloves and matching vegan Piferi platforms. She added 15-carat diamond studs and a pink satin bag to finish off her look.
