FLORHAM PARK – The Florham Park Rotary welcomed dietitian nutritionist Jenifer Stein to its Friday, Oct. 4 meeting to present “Food and Mood Nutrition.”
Stein is an educator with the Community Health and Outreach Teams at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. She talked about whether one is looking to lose weight, eat healthier, or adjust diet to combat an existing medical condition, it’s important to know what to eat and how it can affect one’s overall health.
