Christopher Schwarzenegger was seen out and about in Los Angeles on Monday. He looked very much like a new man. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s 25-year-old son has lost a lot of weight and looks very different in new pictures. He has a mullet hairstyle and beard and is wearing white T-shirts and sweatpants. Arnold and his wife, Maria, also have two daughters, Katherine Schwarzenegger, 33, and Christina Schwarzenegger, 32, and a son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, 29. After having an affair with the family’s maid, Mildred Baena, which caused his marriage to Shriver to end, he had a son, Joseph Baena, who is now 25 years old.

Christopher has mostly tried to stay out of the spotlight, but he has gone to public events with his famous family, like the 2017 ESPY Awards. Christopher first showed off his slimmer look at an Oktoberfest party with his family in Munich in 2022. This was a good sign that he had started to lose weight and work out. According to Hollywood Life, Christopher started his health plan so that he could graduate from the University of Michigan in 2020. Sources told the news organization, “He started going to the gym and eating better. He lived like a normal college student for a few years while he was at school, but now he’s grown up and ready to take better care of himself. HollywoodLife also heard from a person close to the family that Christopher was working out with his muscle father. The source said at the time, “He wanted to get healthy for graduation, and he did it. He looks great. He knows everything there is to know about it, and as soon as Christopher showed interest, Arnold was there to help him and cheer him on.”

Christopher knows the right people if he ever needs help with dieting, working out, or building good habits. Patrick, his younger brother, has decided to work out every morning at 5 a.m. to change his body and shape.
