With only two days left until the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla, members of the royal family are taking part in the last rehearsals of the ceremonies to ensure a successful crowning.

But on the big day, everyone will be watching Queen Camilla’s grandson Gus Lopes. Even though he has a broken arm, he will still play his part at the Coronation on Saturday.

The 13-year-old was seen with his arm in a sling, so he will have to do his important coronation tasks with just one hand.

The historic event will incorporate both centuries-old rituals and contemporary elements of royalty. Younger members of the royal family or Camilla’s relatives are serving as the ceremony’s Pages of Honour.

Gus, one of Camilla’s Pages, is the son of Camilla’s daughter Laura and her husband Harry Lopes. He recently broke his arm. The young boy will carry Camilla’s Coronation robes with just his right arm as his important Coronation job.

Camilla and Charles will each have four Pages of Honour to help them on the day of the Coronation. The King’s eldest grandson, Prince George, who is nine years old, and Camilla’s three grandsons, 13-year-old twins Gus and Louis Lopes and Freddy Parker Bowles, will be among the Pages of Honor.
