Charlotte Le Bon admits she’s dressed up for this particular day.
Standing beside a larger-than-life birdcage, which previously held a swinging (and singing) Riley Keough to close out the CHANEL Spring-Summer 2025 Ready-to-Wear show at the Grand Palais in Paris, the Quebec-born actor revealed her approach to getting dressed for the major fashion event.

Wearing a two-piece tweed short set from the French fashion house, Le Bon’s brunette hair was pulled into a sleek, high ponytail paired with a pop-of-purple eyeshadow.
Following the spectacular style presentation, we asked Le Bon a few fashion and beauty questions to close out the Paris Fashion Week experience:
Q: What did you think of the fashion show?
A: I think it was really classical. Also, to discover it in such a beautiful place, it was really nice. I enjoyed it.
Q: What can you tell me about your look?
A: I’m wearing CHANEL, obviously. I work with a stylist, his name is Jonathan Huguet, and we like to create some kind of character in our heads. Even though nobody really sees it, except for us. And we thought that I looked like a little magician at school, like magician school. So, that’s what we went for.
Q: How would you describe your personal style?
A: I’m the most basic, minimalist. I’m really, really boring, fashion-wise. I just wear jeans and T-shirts that I’ve worn for years. I really rarely buy clothes. I’m not into trends.
Q: So, fall fashion for you is the same fall fashion every year then?
A: Definitely. I haven’t changed my wardrobe in like five years.
Q: What are the key pieces you’re always wearing?
A: I have a Lee pair of jeans that I wear all the time. I have some Acne Studios. I really go for something really comfortable, something that I feel really grounded in. Weirdly, I don’t feel very confident when I’m too feminine. I feel like I’m not completely myself.
Q: You have a bold beauty look today. Is your everyday makeup as relaxed as your style?
A: I wear nothing. Concealer for redness and a mascara, if I look tired.

Q: Does the fact that you have to dress up for roles and red carpets influence that laidback approach to fashion and beauty?
A: I’ve always been like that. Even before I was a model … a model, sorry — whoa, that’s such a weird lapse because I was a model for seven years before I was an actress. And I hated it. Sorry! But even before that, I remember my mother being completely discouraged because, when we were going to shops to buy clothes, I was always going toward the boys section. She would still buy me clothes, it was fine, but she was like, “Could you just please wear a little dress, or a skirt or something colourful?” And I was like, “No. I want to dress like Kurt Cobain.”
Q: Lastly, is there a secret to French Girl style? And, if so, can you share it?
A: It’s effortless. Less is more. Be comfortable. Don’t give a s–t about what anyone thinks. The typical Parisian woman is really natural. So, it’s perfect for me because I don’t have to put in any effort (laughs).
