Television Show ‘Ranch America’ features North Dakota

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – You might see some familiar faces on the nationally televised show “Ranch America.”

The film crew and hosts spent weeks filming at locations like Chad Berger Bucking Bulls, Kist Livestock and the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame.

Host River Klass said the show celebrates the American cattle production process and helps bridge the gap so people know where their food comes from.

“Especially people that don’t live in the rural communities, that don’t have an AG background. So when they go to the market and they’re walking up to the meat counter and they see a ribeye or a filet or tri-tip. There’s just a moment they get a little bit of an idea how this incredible nutrient-dense protein gets there,” said River Klass, host.

He said North Dakotans are some of the nicest people he has ever met.

You can see season two and watch North Dakota on the Outdoor Channel, Midco, DIRECTV, DISH Network and Hulu.
