Blaise Latella joined Mayer Brown as a partner in its banking and finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Latella represents banks and other financial institutions as agents in connection with domestic and international cash-flow, ABL, leveraged, and other secured lending facilities, the firm said.

He joins from Winston & Strawn.
