Drop in 12-1:30 next week on October 23 in the MICA Cozy Corner to enjoy some food and engage in an open community dialogue about Black Art, and why it’s so important to do it in public!
You may have noticed that recently the piece “David’s Dream” was put up outside the Driskell Center! Come chat about what it means to have this piece created by a Black Artist on our campus. This is also a great time to learn more about the David C. Driskell Center for the Study of Visual Arts and Cultures of African Americans and the African Diaspora.
