HEGINS – The Valley View Tri-Valley Lions Club announce Stella Nye as the October 2024 honoree for their Outstanding Student of the Arts program.

A senior at Tri-Valley High School, Stella has demonstrated exceptional talent in design, yearbook contributions, and visual arts, with a particular flair for pencil and chalk drawings. She is the daughter of Kori and Brian Nye and resides in Hegins.
