The Transylvania County Library will welcome the return of the Looking Glass Playhouse. Nov. 18-19 the playhouse will celebrate its 15th birthday by performing comic scenes and monologues by David Lindsey-Abaire, Frederic Stropple and master of absurdist comedy Christopher Durang.
Performances will be at 7 p.m. on both evenings in the library’s Rogow Room. The cast includes Mark Thompson, Sandi Thompson, Amy Shute and Sally Burnett. Claudia Carter Covington directs. Running time is about 70 minutes.
Looking Glass Playhouse is a small acting company based in Brevard dedicated to performing a wide range of work from the newest, young playwrights to the classics.
