QUINCY — The Gray Gallery at Quincy University is currently showcasing the acrylic work of local artist Alan Starkey.

The exhibit runs through Dec. 12 and features paintings, prints, and sculptures from Starkey. He has exhibited his work at the Illinois State Museum invitational and completed several sculptural and portrait commissions over the years. Starkey’s larger metal sculptures are on permanent display at the University of Illinois campus in Springfield.
