Bismarck offering public forum to address city’s art and culture needs


BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – Bismarck is in the beginning stages of creating an Arts and Culture Plan, and is seeking public input.

A public forum is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 11. The public is invited to share their thoughts on the future of arts and culture in Bismarck. That includes cultural activities and what prevents people from participating. It will take place at the Bismarck Arts and Galleries building on Fourth Street.
