Trenton’s Rissler Elementary School Theatre Club is gearing up to present the play “Arf!” on November 21st. The event will take place at the Trenton High School Performing Arts Center, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and the show starting at 6:00 p.m.

The narrative of “Arf!” unfolds in Doggie Town, where anticipation is high as judges from a well-known dog show arrive to scout for new talent. Amidst the excitement, General German Shepherd emphasizes discipline, and the Boxers work on their fitness. However, Rover the Mutt feels left out until his fellow canines—Huskies, Poodles, Pointers, and more—help him realize his unique abilities.

Madeline Cotton, the Music Teacher, and Amy Overstreet, the Art Teacher, are collaborating to bring this production to life. They have engaged 31 students in the performance, showcasing a blend of musical and artistic talents. Admission to the play is free, inviting all to enjoy this family-friendly event.
