Chris Brown is being sued for punching a music producer in a nightclub while inebriated.

Documents acquired by Page Six revealed details of the alleged assault at the Tape London nightclub earlier this year in February.

The plaintiff, Amadou “Abe” Diaw, alleged in court filings that the Under The Influence singer left him with “severe and lasting injuries” after “beating him over the head” with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila.

Because of the “crushing blows” to his skull, the Onegodmusic executive was taken to the hospital with “lacerations on his head and torn ligaments in his leg.”

Notably, Brown, 34, previously pleaded guilty to physically abusing singer Rihanna, 35, while they were dating in the late 2000s, landing her in the hospital with contusions and swelling on her face.

The Grammy-winning performer continued to face assault allegations in the years that followed, eventually pleading guilty to a minor assault charge in 2014.

He was detained in 2016 on suspicion of violence and allegedly got into a violent argument with his R&B mentor Usher during his birthday celebration in January of this year, according to the publication.

According to a People Magazine timeline of his legal difficulties, Brown was also accused of sexual assault by several past lovers.

In response to Diaw’s latest claim, Brown allegedly engaged in “defamatory conduct by spreading false rumors” about his alleged victim.

According to Diaw’s claim, her bodily injuries, emotional suffering, and trauma were “permanent.”
