A deal at UN climate talks on Sunday providing $300 billion a year by 2035 to the developing world is “not ambitious” enough, a bloc of 45 of the world’s poorest countries said.
“This goal is not what we expected to get. After some years of discussions, it is not ambitious to us,” said Evans Njewa, a Malawian diplomat and chair of the Least Developed Countries bloc.
