Position; Regional Sales Manager Central Plains:
Candidate will oversee Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska. Must reside inside territory.
Position Summary:
Responsible for partnering with our Distributors and developing comprehensive plans that deliver the LEAN BODY Annual Targets, the Regional Sales Manager will maintain consistent contact with distributors, managing on-point execution and support for LEAN BODY offerings in your home turf. The primary point of contact for key accounts throughout your region. The RSM is responsible for overseeing and maintaining accountability for budgets and execution across your region. In addition, the RSM builds the business and the team, training and guiding direct reports, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives and KPIs, as well as regular coaching on performance successes and stumbles.
A LEAN BODY Regional Sales Manager rolls up their sleeves, thinks strategically and creatively to achieve specific sales and brand goals week to week, month to month, and year to year.
RSM Duties and Responsibilities
• Primary role is to manage their distribution network to ensure all objectives are achieved including market execution (distribution targets, revenue/volume, chain execution, regional key accounts, etc.). May participate in some regional calls based on local market opportunity.
• Daily/weekly interaction includes market surveys and meetings with specific distributor personnel including General Managers, Sales Managers and District Managers when applicable to ensure plans are in place to meet regional and local market objectives.
• Establish and maintain regional forecasts based on regional activation and momentum.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Distributor leadership teams
• Identify opportunities to grow regional team through ASM positions based off market opportunities.
RSM Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Increase LEAN BODY distribution within assigned territory
• Distribution will be measured by Distributor Sales Center/market within assigned territory
• Distribution performance/goals will be measured and reviewed quarterly
• Increase LEAN BODY revenue/volume within assigned territory
• Revenue will be measured by distributor branch and/or market within assigned territory
