Gulf Coast Rep, a theater company, has leased 4,924 square feet of space in the OWA Entertainment District off S. OWA Boulevard in Foley, according to Angela McArthur and Kaelan McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. The Gulf Coast Rep’s Playhouse is next to Starbucks in the former Bohemian Event Center.

The theater company focuses on presenting professional quality theatrical productions with a local focus, including original works.
