WESTERLY — Westerly Library & Wilcox Park will celebrate “Funda Fest 27” Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. when members of the Rhode Island Black Storytellers head to the library for an afternoon of “fantastic storytelling and crafts” and to share stories from African and Caribbean cultures.
