NEW ORLEANS, LA – National non-profit GENYOUth has wrapped up its Super School Meals Super Bowl LIX initiative, delivering critical nutrition resources to 59 schools across Louisiana. Partnering with NOLA Public Schools, the New Orleans Super Bowl LIX Host Committee, Dairy MAX, and corporate sponsors such as Amazon Access, Domino’s Smart Slice, Entergy, Frito-Lay, PepsiCo Foundation, and Quaker, the program provided Grab and Go school-nutrition equipment, including mobile meal carts and milk coolers. This effort is increasing access to 9 million school meals, benefitting 32,000 students statewide.
At Benjamin Franklin High School in New Orleans, students celebrated alongside New Orleans Saints Linebacker Demario Davis, NOLA Public Schools officials, and community leaders. The initiative addresses food insecurity while leaving a lasting legacy in Louisiana’s 2025 Super Bowl host market.
The impact continues with Taste of the NFL, held on February 8 at the National WWII Museum, with proceeds supporting school meal programs across Louisiana and beyond.
