HANNIBAL — Upcoming exhibits at the Hannibal Arts Council will showcase a dynamic range of media, offering something for every art enthusiast.

The Exhibit Opening will take place on Friday, February 28, from 5-7 p.m., featuring an Artist Talk at 6 p.m. The exhibits will remain open to the public until March 22.
