Kroy Biermann Divorces Kim Zolciak for the Second Time

Biermann has filed for divorce from the American TV figure for the second time, just six weeks after the reality stars withdrew their divorce papers from May.

In new court papers obtained by TMZ, the NFL player called the couple’s marriage “irretrievably broken.” He filed the paperwork on Thursday in Georgia, where they live.

Biermann also asked for sole legal and physical care of their four young children: Kroy Jr. (known as “KJ”), 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 9.

He is also asking Zolciak for child support and spousal support, as well as the right to use their home as his own.

Before they filed for divorce, Biermann and Zolciak had been together for 11 years.

After the filing, the two people broke up and started making accusations against each other. For example, the athlete said that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star was hooked to gambling.

He also said that the reality star treated him in a “abusive” way in front of their children.

Zolciak, on the other hand, said that Biermann had hurt her “emotionally and mentally” for years and that she had seen him smoke pot, so she asked for a drug test for him.
