Matthew Perry was in a good mood when he went out to dinner with a female friend. It was his last public appearance before his tragic and untimely death.

TMZ got pictures of the actor from Friends having lunch with an unknown brunette at the Hotel Bel-Air last Friday. Perry and his female companion could be seen talking while sitting at a round, white-clothed table in the pictures.

The news source says that the late actor was talking so much that he hardly touched his food or drink at the restaurant.

A source who was quoted by DailyMail earlier said that Perry “dreamed of having the perfect family” before he died at age 54.

The actor from “17 Again” was found dead in his Los Angeles home’s jacuzzi on Saturday. It looked like he had drowned. The real reason for his death is still being looked into by the police.

The source said Perry had been “looking for love again,” but “a string of failed relationships left him feeling sad and depressed, and as if he would never find that love he longed for.”

Perry thought the women he dated were “only after his money and fame.” And he was too kind to be good.” The source said the actor would “shower women with gifts only to have them pack up their goodies and walk away.”

“He wanted a wife, and at least a couple of kids.” The source said, “And he said he wouldn’t even mind marrying a woman who already had kids.”
