ATHENS, Ohio (WTAP) – Wolfe Mountain Entertainment has lots of events on their schedule coming up in April!
Since Easter is just around the corner, WME’s Easter Bunny will be making a ton of appearances.
The Easter Bunny will be appearing at Scots Marketplace and Greenhouse in Vienna on Saturday, April 5 from 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
The Easter Bunny then will be traveling to Point Pleasant for the Hop Small Event on Sunday, April 6 from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. The Easter Bunny will be near the Mothman Statue during that event.
Then on April 12, the Easter Bunny will be appearing from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at WME’s ‘Springfest’ vendor fair, which will be hosted at The Market on State in Athens, Ohio.
Another great event that was previously mentioned above that WME will be hosting is ‘Springfest’. The event is on Saturday, April 12 beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 2 p.m.
If you are vendor interested in participating here is what you need to know:
- Space Rentals are $25 for a 10′ X 6′ space; you will pick your spot on our Vendor Map. You will be responsible for providing your own tables, chairs and equipment. There will not be electricity provided. No generators will be permitted. If you are interested in more than one spot, please include both numbers in the contact form below.
- Set Up will be available beginning at 8AM the day of the event, and as we will be located in The Market on State, you will need to transport your items into the mall. You may use any of the entrances to unload your vehicle, but suggested that you should not park close, leave the closer spots to people who are coming to attend the Springfest!
- Consent to Photography and Videography: Throughout the Event there may be Live Feeds and Social Media posts.
- Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire or casualty. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for same. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. Each exhibitor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives.
- Payment: The full payment is a non-refundable registration fee for the selected space and is due with the approval of this application. You are not finalized for this event until payment has been confirmed. You will be forwarded a link to pay online, or you can pay by cash or check. We will work out arrangements to pay for your vendor spot.
