Alan Ruck of Succession was reportedly engaged in a terrible accident that destroyed four automobiles, including his own pick-up truck, which plowed into a nearby restaurant.
The vehicle accident involving Ruck, 67, occurred around 9 p.m. Tuesday near Raffallo’s Pizza at the junction of La Brea Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard, according to TMZ.
According to security footage obtained by NBC Los Angeles and KTLA, Ruck’s R1T electric truck rear-ended a car turning right, which was forced into the intersection and collided with another oncoming automobile turning left.
Meanwhile, according to People Magazine, Ruck’s four-wheeler struck another vehicle at the crossroads before smashing into the pizza shop, which was half-lodged into the side of the brick structure.
The Los Angeles Police Department, however, would not confirm to the publication whether Ruck was the one driving his truck, nor whether the accident was a DUI.
According to reports, Ruck remained at the scene while ambulances transported a 40-year-old woman, a 25-year-old male, and a 32-year-old guy to the hospital, all of whom were breathing and alert. Their full level of injury was unknown.
A formal police report on the event is still waiting.
Throughout his four-decade career, Ruck has acted in a variety of television and film roles, including Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Spin City.
He was nominated for an Emmy in 2023 for his role as Connor Roy in HBO’s Succession.
