Returning for its 17th year, the Youth Arts Celebration promises to liven up downtown Indiana with student-made artwork and student-led performances.

Primarily, folks wandering Philadelphia Street businesses will be able to view artworks from close to 300 young artists from kindergarten to 12th grade ranging from traditional pencil sketches, watercolors and acrylic paintings to other pieces like ceramics, multimedia works and more from April 19 to May 3 during regular business hours for participating businesses.
