Daylight saving time and mental health – CBS Texas
Experts say losing daylight could actually impact your health. That’s because, according to a survey, two thirds of adults say that they notice at least one behavioral change from sleeping more to feeling fatigued or even depressed. The poll also found that women are nearly twice as likely as men to say that their mental health has been negatively affected by the fall time change.
