LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Developers have announced plans for a new $38 million retail and entertainment complex in Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch neighborhood.
“The Cliff at Green Valley Ranch” is described as a “transformative open-air lifestyle destination,” Partners Capital and CAST Capital Partners said in a news release.
Crews will convert two office buildings in the 2500 block of Paseo Verde Parkway east of St. Rose Parkway into the complex.

It will feature 25 retail spaces and a 26,000-square-foot dining lounge. Meeting spaces, life performance zones, public art installations and fire pits are also planned for the center.
“Las Vegas is in the midst of a culinary renaissance, and The Cliff has been designed specifically to be an extraordinary gathering place offering next-level food culture and bespoke retail uses for the local community,” Mark Blumenthal, a principal at Partners Capital, said in a statement.
Henderson’s Planning Commission will first consider the project during its meeting on Thursday, May 15, before heading to the Henderson City Council.
If city officials give their approval, developers say they plan to begin construction in October and complete the project next year.
