Norman North Student Lillian Dai wins 2025 Congressional Art Competition

Norman North High School junior Lillian Dai has been named the winner of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition for Oklahoma’s 4th District. Her colored pencil drawing, titled “Outside World”, will be displayed for one year in the Canon Tunnel at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C.

Lillian was awarded $2,000 and will receive two tickets to Washington, D.C. to attend the Congressional Art Competition Awards Ceremony this June.
