Al Pacino Finally Discusses Child Support Agreement’s Life Insurance Provision

Al Pacino just broke his silence on life insurance in his child support agreement with Noor Alfallah.

According to the court filings, Pacino indicated that he “has no life insurance,” which would allow him to name heirs after his death.

According to the deal, Alfallah would receive $110,000 from Pacino up front for their 4-month-old son, Roman, as well as an additional $30,000 each month in “base child support.”

According to the source, Pacino may have to pay an additional $90,000 at the end of the year based on his annual earnings.

The actor’s initial payment will be divided into two installments, with the first half due within 10 days of the judgment.

The remaining half will be paid only if Alfallah has “executed lease agreement for a new residence for her and Roman.”

Pacino will be required to contribute $15,000 per year to a fund for Roman’s education and will be responsible for the infant’s medical expenditures.

The court ruled that Alfallah would have physical custody of Roman, while Pacino would have visitation privileges.

However, the pair did not disclose their holiday plans or school timetables.

Meanwhile, Pacino agreed to pay up to $20,000 in attorney fees for Alfallah after she initially petitioned for full physical custody in September.

For the uninitiated, Pacino and Alfallah were first seen together in April 2022 while leaving a restaurant in Venice, California. The couple announced in May that they were expecting their first child together.

Pacino’s spokesman confirmed to us that the couple is still together.

“Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman,” said a spokesperson for the actor.
