Lewis went above and beyond to arrange a picture-perfect proposal for the couple, embellishing their hotel room with beautiful furnishings that created the mood for an unforgettable moment.

Lewis proposed to his girlfriend in front of their 14-month-old baby, Lucky. “Just call me wifey. I love you so much, fiancé,” Lottie wrote, overcome with excitement.

Lottie and former tennis star Lewis revealed their relationship for the first time in July 2020. They had a link that goes beyond love, as they found peace in one other’s arms after both facing the great sadness of losing loved ones.
