Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition program starts June 1


The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, beginning June 1, provides $25 in vouchers, for fresh fruits and vegetables, to eligible seniors. You may qualify if you are a Pennsylvania resident age 60 or older, or turning 60 by Dec. 31, 2025, are a Pennsylvania resident, living in Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna or Tioga County (must show identification) and meet income criteria (An individual with a yearly income less than $28,953 and couples with combined yearly income less than $39,128).

Vouchers will not be distributed out of any B/S/S/T Area Agency on Aging office. See distribution sites below for Tioga County.

  • June 12 — Sherwood Manor, 8:30 a.m.-noon at 1 Novelty Place, Mansfield
  • June 26 — Wellsboro Active Living Center, 9 a.m.-noon, at 3 Queen St., Wellsboro
  • July 22 — Riverside Manor, 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m at -250 Race St., Westfield
  • Aug. 1 — Clint Owletts Expo, 9 a.m.-noon at Wellsboro Senior High School, at 225 Nichols St., Wellsboro
  • Aug. 5 — Tioga County Fair, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Tioga County Fair Grounds, 2258 Charleston Road, Wellsboro
