Chiefs’ Justyn Ross accused of pushing woman, knifing car during…

New details have emerged after Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross was arrested for an alleged domestic battery incident last month.

Ross allegedly pushed his girlfriend and threw multiple items at her after discovering something on her phone that upset him, according to a police affidavit obtained by TMZ.

Ross allegedly found out the woman was cheating on him, according to the docs.

The woman claims he got in her face, pushed her and threw her to the floor.

Officers at the scene found a “small scratch” on her hand, according to the affidavit.

The Kansas City Star reported the woman “is or has been in a dating relationship” with Ross.

The 23-year-old Ross was arrested on Oct. 23 in a suburb of Kansas City and charged a day later with domestic battery with no priors and one count of criminal damage to property totaling less than $1,000.

Ross pled not guilty to both misdemeanor charges.

Witnesses at the scene claim to have seen the Clemson product push the victim and take a knife to the victim’s vehicle, according to the court documents.

Police later confirmed the damage to the car.

He was accused of damaging the victim’s laptop, iPhone, her Mercedes key, computer monitor and a gold bracelet, according to The Star.

Ross, according to the affidavit, told cops he had thrown the woman’s stuff out the door after uncovering she had cheated on him.

In the newly obtained court documents, Ross admits to breaking a computer he claims was his but says he did not damage any of the women’s belongings.

Ross was placed on the NFL commissioner’s exempt list after his arrest and cannot practice or play for the team.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid addressed the situation last week.

“We’ll just let it play out, that’s the way it goes,” Reid said. “That’s what that list is for until all the information is gathered.”

He did not want to speculate after being asked if he was surprised about Ross being placed on the list, which can only be done by commissioner Roger Goodell.

“I’m not here to judge on that,” Reid said. “You go through the process in these situations, they’re all different and so you let it play out. That’s how we’re set up here in this country and in the NFL that way.”

Ross is due back in court on Dec. 4.
