A lot has happened in the past few months. I am fully recovered from the heart surgery I had about 18 months ago and fully back to work at the church and the city I have truly come to love.

My health is generally very good for someone my age and history. I mention my history as we just commemorated Memorial Day and my emotions are in very high gear.
