Seva Home forays into personal care. Here’s what to expect

Following its success in the home décor and fragrance segments, Seva Home has now ventured into the personal care category. t2ONLINE chatted with Arushi Agrawal, founder and director, Seva Home, to know more.

Congratulations! What was the idea behind venturing into personal care?

Thank you! The idea behind venturing into personal care stems from our commitment to elevating everyday experiences with luxury and purpose. Seva Home has always been about creating products that are not only elegant and high-quality but also have a meaningful impact. After establishing a strong presence in home fragrance, we saw a natural progression in expanding into personal care. This new collection allows us to extend our philosophy of wellness and purpose-driven luxury into everyday self-care routines, offering inclusive, sulphate-free, and paraben-free products that cater to all skin and hair types. It’s about helping people embrace mindful self-care while supporting causes that make a real difference in the lives of underserved communities.

How did you prep?

We approached this launch with the same thoughtfulness and attention to detail that defines everything we do at Seva Home. Our preparation involved months of research and formulation, working closely with skincare and haircare experts to develop clean, effective, and universally suitable products. We focused on ensuring the ingredients were not only high-performing but also safe, cruelty-free, and aligned with our values — free from sulphates, parabens, and harmful chemicals. Every element — from the formulations to the design to the storytelling — was crafted to reflect both luxury and impact.

Was it always a dream to get deeper into wellness?

Absolutely. Wellness has always been at the heart of Seva Home — even when we started with home fragrances, the intention was to create calming, uplifting spaces that support emotional and mental well-being. Over time, it felt like a natural progression to expand that philosophy into personal care. For me personally, wellness is a very holistic concept.

It’s about how you feel in your space, in your skin, and in your mind. So yes, it’s always been a dream to build something that brings those elements together. With our new range of products, we’re able to offer that sense of care and nourishment more intimately — something that nurtures you from the outside in.

What have you launched with?

We’ve launched with a beautifully crafted range of personal care essentials that extend Seva Home’s philosophy of thoughtful luxury into everyday rituals. The collection includes a Bergamot Shampoo, Shea Butter Conditioner, and Sage Shower Gel — each designed to cleanse gently while indulging the senses. We also introduced a Peppermint Body Scrub and an Exfoliating Hand Wash, offering moments of rejuvenation through rich textures and aromatic blends. Completing the line is our Rosemary Hand Cream, which delivers deep nourishment with a calming herbal touch. All our products are sulphate- and paraben-free, and are formulated to bring together efficacy, elegance, and

a sense of mindful self-care.

What is your personal skincare and wellness routine like?

My approach to skincare and wellness is rooted in simplicity and consistency. I believe in using clean, effective products that feel good — both in how they perform and how they align with my values. I start my day with a refreshing cleanse, followed by hydration and SPF, and I make it a point to listen to my skin’s needs rather than overload it. Wellness for me goes beyond products — it includes mindful moments, staying hydrated, getting quality sleep, and creating rituals that help me slow down, even if just for a few minutes each day.
