On Saturday, November 4, the 2023 Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) Gala honored artist Judy Baca and filmmaker David Fincher. The night is always a gorgeous display of the most current fashion, worn by some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, and this year was no exception. Many guests were wearing Gucci, and Gucci Creative Director Sabato De Sarno served as a gala co-chair alongside LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio—the fashion brand is the event’s producing sponsor. Proceeds from the gala are used to support LACMA’s initiative to include curatorial programming around film, including exhibitions, acquisitions, and educational programming.
The evening featured a performance from Lenny Kravitz and a dinner prepared by Chef Mattia Agazzi of Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura in Beverly Hills. Guests included Lily Gladstone, Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Lopez, Kirsten Dunst, Vittoria Ceretti, Billie Eilish, A$AP Rocky, Elliot Page, Andrew Garfield, Kim Kardashian, Lupita Nyong’o, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Salma Hayek, Rosé, Pedro Pascal, and many, many more.
