TICKETS

- WKU Athletics will be utilizing mobile tickets for the 2023-24 basketball seasons. Fans are strongly encouraged to download their mobile tickets to their device prior to arriving to campus.
- Ticket office employees will be available to assist patrons with ticket issues at all entrances.
- Based on ticket availability, ticket booths at each entrance will open prior to doors opening. If available, single game tickets can be purchased at booths with either cash or credit card.

- WKU student are FREE with WKU Student ID
- Students must present their WKU Student ID at the student entrance at Gate 2 when entering the arena.
- Student seating sections are as follows:
- 108-110, 208-210 and 309 (based on availability)
- Seating for the previously listed sections will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

ARENA ENTRY
Doors will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off for the public for all men’s games and 60 minutes prior to women’s games inside Diddle Arena.
All Entrances will be available for ticketed entry. Entrance 4 will be used for will call tickets and pass list holders. Media will call is located at Gate 2.
The student gate at Entrance 2 will open at the same time as general doors. A WKU Student ID is required for student entry.
CONCESSIONS

Concessions are available on both the first and second floors. The 2022-23 seasons will feature additional outside vendors including Jet’s Pizza, Chaney’s Dairy Barn, Gigi’s Cupcakes and more.

TRANSIT
– WKU’s transit system will have a shuttle running from PS3 to Diddle Arena on gamedays. The shuttle will begin service approximately 2 hours before tip-off and will end service 1 hour after the game concludes.
SEASON PARKING
Season parking for the 2022-23 WKU Basketball season will continue to be allocated based off of Hilltopper Athletic Foundation giving levels.
WKU Basketball parking benefits are provided to donors who are season ticket holders and current HAF donors with an annual giving amount of $250 or higher. All reserved parking for this men’s basketball season will be allocated in Parking Structure 1, Parking Structure 2, Parking Structure 3 and Diddle surface lots. All reserved parking for this women’s basketball season will be allocated to the Diddle surface lots as well as floor 1 and 2 PS2. Free general parking for women’s games will be allowed on floors 3-5 for all games.
Fans parking in PS2 will only be able to enter the structure coming from the south on University Blvd (from Nick Denes Field and Houchens-L.T. Smith Stadium). Turning left coming from the north will be prohibited for both week day and weekend games.
*Giving amounts provide donors with the opportunity to park in game day lots, but do not guarantee availability in a specific lot. Parking passes will be allocated based on priority points and lot availability.
Tobacco-Free Policy |
WKU is a tobacco-free, smoke-free campus as of Jan. 1, 2020.
The policy prohibits the use of all tobacco and vaping products on all properties that are owned, operated, leased, occupied or controlled by WKU. This includes all areas around the exterior of Diddle Arena and all parking structures/lots on campus.
