‘Black Panther’ stuntman Taraja Ramsess, 3 of his children killed in car crash

Hollywood stuntman Taraja Ramsess and three of his children were killed in car crash in Atlanta last week.

Ramsess, 41, was behind the wheel of a pickup truck just before midnight on Oct. 31 when his car crashed into a broken-down tractor trailer that was disabled in the left lane, Fox Atlanta reported.

Ramsess’ two daughters Sundari and Fujibo, who were 13 years old and 8 weeks old, died in the crash. His 10-year-old son Kisasi died several days later on Sunday after being hospitalized with critical injuries, his mother Akili Ramsess confirmed in a pair of Instagram posts.

She added that two of Ramsess’ daughters survived the accident, but his 3-year-old, Shazia, remained hospitalized.

Ramsess was also memorialized by “Selma” director Ava DuVernay.

“My goodness, did he love his children. A happy, whole love. Beautiful to behold,” she wrote. “He loved making movies and TV too. Held many positions over the years. Immersing himself in all aspects of the craft.”

Ramsess worked on several productions in numerous capacities. Most notably, he did stunt work on both “Black Panther” movies as well as “Creed III” and “Bad Boys for Life.” He will also appear in front of the camera in the upcoming adaptation of Colson Whitehead’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel “The Nickel Boys.”

Police said the crash is still under investigation.
