Explore unique ways organizations are leveraging HR technology, as shared by HR leaders and company founders. Payroll Software for Staff Communication
I like to utilize payroll software to send out announcements, news, updates, etc., to our staff and keep them up-to-date with what is going on within the organization.
My favorite part is sharing the monthly newsletters and being able to do employee shout-outs, recognition, etc., and sharing information on company or non-company events that are happening, the introduction of new systems/software, benefits, reward programs, etc. and promoting engagement through the feedback system.

Vantage Circle for Employee Recognition
Vantage Circle takes employee recognition and appreciation seriously. We use our own platform to reward and recognize our employees regularly.
As an employee engagement platform, we understand the need and importance of employee satisfaction in an organization. To bring this driving force to action, organizations must be at the forefront of innovation, especially in HR technology. We stand apart from the rest with our commitment to thinking differently, which has helped us develop a unique platform.
This platform offers a “one-stop employee engagement solution” to HRs, catering to the overall well-being of employees. To achieve success in employee productivity in the workplace, organizations must use incentivization in rewarding and recognizing employees, ensuring the holistic well-being of employees. This solution will unlock employee engagement and unleash the potential of employee productivity at work.

DevOps Skills Assessments in Hiring
In our experience at Brokee, when hiring junior engineers, we utilized our in-house HR technology—DevOps Skills Assessments. This gave us the opportunity to see our product from the perspective of our clients and make enhancements accordingly.
Most of our candidates appreciated our assessments so much that they willingly took additional tests just to try them out. This demonstrated their enthusiasm not only for the assessments but also for the potential work they’d be doing.
Since we only conducted in-person interviews with candidates who successfully passed the assessment and demonstrated their technical proficiency, we could focus more on evaluating their work style, compatibility with the company and personality during the interviews.
I would recommend that anyone with a SaaS product should take the opportunity to evaluate their product as a client would and apply the lessons learned.

Gamification in HR for Engagement
At DasFlow, we’ve combined our HR platform with gamification to boost employee engagement. We implemented this by creating a points system within our HR software. Employees can earn points for a range of activities, like completing training modules, reaching performance milestones or collaborating on projects.
We can convert these points into rewards such as paid time off or gift vouchers. This unique use of HR technology has not only made mundane tasks more enjoyable, but also fostered a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie among the team.
